How we proceed

Just send us the storage device you want the data to be recovered from by post. We will analyse it and give you information on what's recoverable, how much exactly would it cost, usually within 48 hours of receiving the device. *

How would you know that you're paying for the file you needed:

After we analyse the recoverable files, depending on the file type you're looking for, we will provide a sample of the recovered files:

For pictures we will provide a thumbnail image (very small version of your picture), from which you could recognise if that's the file you're looking for.

For document files - a part of the file depending on the specific occasion.

After you confirm the recovered files are the ones you actually need to be recovered, we will expect you to pay the data recovery price, after which we will provide the original recovered files.

How you will receive the recovered files:

Depending on your preferences, we can copy the files on the original storage media, record them on a DVD or CD (depends on the total size of the recovered files), or send them by e-mail - again depends on the total size of the recovered files.
